By accessing, downloading, or using the Listen & Learn application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Listen & Learn offers free access to core language learning features. Users are permitted to complete up to 30 games or exercises daily without interruption. Upon exceeding this daily limit, continued free usage is permitted; however, a 15-second delay screen will be presented before the commencement of subsequent games. Tokens can be used to skip.
payments 3. Upgrades & Payments
Users may opt to remove the delay screen and access premium features through various upgrade paths:
- Tokens: Virtual currency for temporary benefits or specific content access.
- Monthly Subscription: Unrestricted access for $7.99 per month.
- Lifetime Access: A one-time payment of $59.99 for permanent unrestricted access - one language or $99.99 for all languages.
* All financial transactions, subscriptions, and billing inquiries are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

The App is provided solely for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. Users agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer the application, attempt to bypass the delay screen mechanism artificially, or use the platform for any illegal activities.

The name "Listen & Learn", the application design, educational content, audio recordings, algorithms, and all associated materials are the exclusive property of the developer. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited.
